The written test of Polaris will contain objective type multiple choice questions. The questions will be in the pattern of GRE/CAT exam. There will be analytical, arithmetical, technical, quantitative and verbal reasoning type questions. There will be no negative marking for the wrong answers. There will be a total of 120 questions that has to be answered within 90 minutes. This written test is mainly conducted to check the candidates’ basic technical knowledge, aptitude, reasoning and mental ability. There will be a cut off for the exam and those scoring above the cut off will be selected for the final interview.

Those clearing the written test will be called for the interview. The candidate can expect both technical as well as personal questions from the interview panel.
