Board of School Education (Haryana) actually came into existence in the yeay 1969 under Government of India. The board is located at Chandigarh and is also termed as Haryana Board of Education. The board is a responsible authority which conducts the Public Examinations in the state of Haryana. The board also established Haryana Open School in the year 1994. The board is considered as the first educational board to intorduce relative grading system in India. The first examination of Matric Level was conducted by the board in the year 1970.

1. Recruitment of Principal:
