Job Profile: The candidate must have the ability to manage team of customers and Team Leaders. He should guide the team in improvement projects and quality audit. He must attend weekly/ periodical calls for the group or customer. He should review team results and provide guidance to attain and exceed expected results.

He should have ability to be performing in high speed, demanding environment. He should be flexible enough to deal with multiple issues at the same time and able to maintain a constant high level of alertness. He should have excellent knowledge of accounting principles and Auditing process.

Educational Qualifications: The candidate can be Graduate with B.Com/ B.Sc/ B.A. He must have excellent knowledge of MS Excel and have good PowerPoint skills. He should have good communication skills in oral and written English language.

Experience: The candidate must have minimum 4 to 6 years of work experience in Finance and Accounting.
