Job profile: The research fellows will be responsible for the Research & Development work in the organization. They will be required to provide their assistance in various projects and support their seniors.

Eligibility: A candidate must not exceed the age of 35 years. However, relaxation can be claimed as per the norms.

Educational Qualifications: For Senior Research Fellow – A candidate must have a first class Master’s degree in computer applications from a recognized university. A candidate must also have an experience in computer programming skills/Java/PHP/My SQL/Database and Linux.

For Junior Research Fellow – A candidate must have a first class PG degree in Bioinformatics or Biotechnology. A candidate must also have an experience in handling molecular data and analysis, knowledge of Linux and Database applications.

No. of posts: There are 2 posts for senior research fellow and 4 for junior research fellow.

Pay scale: The SRFs will be given a pay of Rs14000 + HRA per month for the 1st and the 2nd year and Rs16000+HRA in the subsequent years.

The JRFs will be given Rs12000 + HRA in the 1st and the 2nd year and Rs14000 + HRA in the subsequent years.

Selection and Application procedure: The candidates have to appear for a walk – in interview. The selection will be on the basis of merit. The interviews for SRFs will be held on 16th September 2009 and for JRFs on 17th September 2009 at 10.00 AM. The candidates have to bring their original as well as copy of their documents.
