Satavahana University was established in the year 1956 to provide the aspirants with higher education in various fields. The University conducts M.Sc (Food Science & Technology) entrance exam every year for the admittance of candidates to its Master of Science course in Food Science & Technology.
Structure of Satavahana University M.Sc (Food Science & Technology) Entrance Exam
Satavahana University M.Sc (Food Science & Technology) Entrance Exam will be of objective type multiple choice pattern. There will be 50 questions from food science, 20 from general biology, 20 from general chemistry and 10 from general mathematics. In total, there will be 100 questions which have to be answered within 120 minutes.

Eligibility Criteria
The candidates those who have completed their under graduate program in B.Tech (Food Technology, Food Science, Dairy Technology, Biotechnology) or B.V.Sc or B.Sc (Agriculture, Food Science, Horticulture, Food Technology, Food & Nutrition, Biotechnology, Food Science & Nutrition, Home Science) or B.Sc with Chemistry as one of the subjects from a recognized University with minimum 50% aggregate are eligible to apply for the Satavahana University M.Sc (Food Science & Technology) Entrance Exam.
How to Apply?
The application form can be obtained from the University directly by cash payment of Rs. 50/-. The completely filled application form has to be send to The Principal, University College, Satavahana University, Left Flank of LMD, Karimnagar 505001, A.P along with two self addressed stamped envelopes and DD of Rs. 200/-. The application form can also be downloaded from the official website of the University form which the application form along with DD of Rs. 250/- has to be send to the concerned address.
How to fill the Form?
The application form has to be properly and legibly filled by the candidates themselves. The candidates have to make sure that all the columns are filled since any uncompleted applications will be rejected. A recent passport size photograph has to be pasted in the space provided in the form. Do not attach any certificates/copies along with the application form, its required only at the time of counseling. All the necessary data required for filling the form will be there in the admission brochure. The candidates are advised to go through it before filling.
