The same can also be obtained via post for which fee payment has to be made in the form of DD of Rs. 1550/- drawn in favor of Thapar University, Patiala payable at Patiala. The completed application form along with the required enclosures must be sent to In-charge Admission Cell, Thapar University, Patiala (Punjab)-147004 on or before the due date. How to fill the Form?

The aspirants have to fill up the form very cautiously without committing any kind of mistakes. All the columns have to be filled by giving the exact details. Make sure that no column in left blank. Make sure that all the information entered is correct. The name, address, qualifying details, etc has to be given clearly.
