Thapar University, Patiala 2008 Cutoffs
The admission into Thapar University entirely depends on the performance of the candidate in the All India Engineering Entrance Examination. Thapar University is one of the most looked after destinations among the students aspiring to do engineering and is also one of the best colleges in AIEEE. In the year 2008 AIEEE exam was held on 27th April and the result was declared on 7th June, 2008. The pattern of the examination in the year 2008 was also found to be a little different than the last year’s examination
Difference in pattern:
1. This year 105 questions were asked, 15 less than last year
2. Total marks this year – 315 marks
3. Total marks last year – 360 marks
4. Negative marking was also there
