Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University was established in the year 1996 under the Government of India. It is a central university which is located in the state of Lucknow. The university is named after the chief architect of the Indian Constitution, Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar. The major objective behind the establishment of the university was to provide advance knowledge to the students by providing high standard research facilities.
