M.Tech in VLSI Design
The course is a relatively new one. However a number of leading engineering colleges and universities in India have already incorporated it in their list. This course is a must for all the aspirants of professional qualifications in the field of Very Large Scale Integrated Design.
Eligibility
The criteria for eligibility entail Bachelors in Engineering or a B.tech with at least a minimum percentage of 60. The students should also appear for an entrance examination and a personal interview. Candidates appearing for their final degree exam / final semester exam in the current year are also eligible to apply.
Course Outlook
It is a two year course comprising of theory and practical session and examination in each semester. Students need a minimum of 60 % to gain a competitive edge. Some colleges also offer placement opportunities to the deserving candidates.

i got admission in vlsi design through gate in amrita vishwavidyapeedam. I didnt get the information about the mhrd scholorship from the college. Please help me if the deemed universities are giving mhrd assistantship.
