GATE Aerospace Engineering Papers
The GATE Aerospace Engineering Paper is a 100 marks paper. The time limit given to each student is three hours. All the questions in the paper are objective type questions with multiple choices. There is provision for rough work in the question paper itself. All the questions are to be answered in the response sheet provided to each student. The student has to merely darken the answer that he or she thinks is the correct one in the response sheet only. There is only one correct answer. If a student mars more than one answer, the entire question gets disqualified and the student is likely to lose marks.
There are a total of 60 questions in the paper. The first twenty questions are for one mark each while the remaining questions carry two marks each. There is negative marking on the paper. For every incorrect answer from questions 1 to 20 the student loses half a mark. And for the remaining questions the student is likely to lose two and half marks. You must read the instructions given on the question paper thoroughly before attempting the paper. The questions which are left un-attempted will carry zero marks.
