Hospital profile: This hospital provides specialized medical services in the pediatrics department. It has been developed as a state of an art hospital especially for small children. It also provides education and training facilities. 

Job profile: The residents will be responsible for examining the patients and providing them the required medical attention. They will also pursue their studies. They will be required to prepare medical reports and assist their seniors.

Eligibility: A candidate must not exceed the age of 33 years for the post of a senior resident and 30 years for the post of a junior resident. However, relaxation can be claimed as per the rules.

Educational Qualifications: For senior residents – A candidate must be an MBBS with a post graduate degree or diploma in the concerned specialty from a recognized university. A candidate must have completed his/her internship and must be registered with the DMC. For junior residents – A candidate must be an MBBS with his/her completed internship from a recognized university and must be registered with DMC.

No. of posts: There are 7 posts (divided in pediatrics, surgery and radiology departments) for the senior residents and 15 posts for the junior residents.

Pay scale: The pay scale for the senior as well junior residents would be the same (Rs15600-39100) but the grade pay would be Rs6600 and Rs5400 respectively.

Selection process: The candidates will be called to appear before the selection panel for a walk-in interview. The candidates will also be judged on the basis of their academic performance.

How to apply: The candidates are required to apply as per the format available on the website. The candidates are required to pay a fee in the form of a DD of Rs200 (No fee for SC/ST) drawn in the favor of Dean, MAMC payable at New Delhi. The candidates can submit the fee on or before the date of interview.
