Odessa Technology recruits fresh graduates through campus and off campus placement drive. Those who have completed Bachelor of Technology/ Engineering in Computer Science or allied subjects, BCA/ B.Sc Computer Science from a recognized University are eligible to apply. Final year candidates who have secured CGPA of 7.25 in sixth semester of BE/ B.Tech courses in Computer Science Engineering and Information Technology are also eligible to apply. Selection procedure is on the basis of written exam and personal interview.

Eligibility Criterion

Candidates who have completed Bachelor of Engineering/ Technology in any of the subjects such as Computer Science Engineering and Information Technology from a recognized University are eligible to apply. In addition to this graduates in BCA/ Master of Computer Applications with first class marks are also eligible to apply. They are required to secure at least 65% and above in matriculation and higher secondary examination. Apart from this final year candidates who have secured Cumulative Grade Point Average of 7.25 & above up to sixth semester are also eligible to apply. Aspirants are supposed to have no backlogs in theory papers as well as in practical. Those who have completed courses which have AICTE approval are only eligible to apply.

Eligible candidates will be short listed for written exam. There will be objective type questions in General Aptitude Test. Candidates are required to answer all questions. Questions will be asked from simple mathematics and logical reasoning. There will be a maximum of 10 questions in Test of English Language. Questions will be asked from reading comprehension and English Grammar.  Next section will contain questions from academics. Questions will be asked from the below mentioned topics.

• Java
• Operating System
• Dot Net

From each section, there will be a maximum of 5 questions. Maximum time allotted for the entire test is 90 minutes. Those who have cleared the first round will be called for Round II; Grope Discussion. Candidates’ communication skill as well as subject knowledge will be evaluated in this section.

Those who have qualified in the written examination and group discussion will be short listed for interviews. There will be two rounds of interview.

Questions will be asked from the academic topics as well as latest trends in IT industry and candidates’ area of interest in technical interview. Final selection will be carried out on the basis of performance in HR interview. There will be questions to analyze the behavioral approach of the candidate as well as from resume in this section.
