Admission Details for Integrated M.Pharm.-Ph.D (Pharmaceutical Sciences) in Central University of Punjab
B.Pharm graduates can apply for admission to integrated M.Pharm.-Ph.D (Pharmaceutical Sciences) course in Central University of Punjab. Admissions are carried out on the basis of an entrance test, graduation level marks and interview. General aptitude, research aptitude and pharmaceutical sciences are the main topics included under the entrance test. Applications for attending the entrance test can be submitted online through the website of the University.
Eligibility Requirements for M.Pharm.-Ph.D (Pharmaceutical Sciences) Entrance Exam in Central University of Punjab
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy is the basic qualification required. Degree level exam must be completed from a recognized University with a minimum of 55% marks.
Admission Procedure for M.Pharm.-Ph.D (Pharmaceutical Sciences) Entrance Exam in Central University of Punjab
Admission of eligible candidates is done on the basis of an admission test, graduation level marks and interview. 50% weightage will be given for marks obtained in entrance test, 30% for graduation level marks and 20% for interview session marks.
There will be two sections for the written test (single paper). Section A is common for all candidates and will comprises of 40 multiple choice questions. The section comprises of questions on general science, reasoning, general mental ability, research ability and English language. Second section will be based on the concerned stream of specialization. There will be 60 questions in this section. Each correct answer carries one mark. Total time allotted for completion of the test is 90 minutes.
Those with valid GPAT score are exempted from University level entrance test.
