Profile:

Debts Recovery Tribunal was established under the Government of India. There are overall thirty three Debt Recovery Tribunal and five Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal across the country in order to help the financial institutions to recover their bad debt in an efficient manner. There are some states that do not have a Debt recovery Tribunal. The tribunal are governed by provisions of the Recovery of Debt Due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 1993.

Job Profile:

Candidates are invited to apply for the posts of Upper Division Clerk and Stenographer Grade - “C” in Debts Recovery Tribunal.

Eligibility:

Candidates should not be more than the 56 years of age as on the last date of reciept of applications.

Educational Qualification:

Candidates should be working in Central Government or State Government on analogous posts on regular basis for applying for the posts of Upper Division Clerk and Stenographer in Debts Recovery Tribunal.

No. of posts:

Upper Division Clerk: Only 2 posts are available.
Stenographer: Only 1 post is available.

Pay Scale:

Upper Division Clerk: Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay of Rs. 2400.
Stenographer: Rs. 9300-34800 + Grade Pay of Rs. 4200.

Selection process:

Candidates selection on the above specified posts will be made strictly on the basis of their performance in the personal interview examination.
