The institute came into existence in the year 1968 and has been ever since known for producing several Lawyers of extreme caliber and skills. The Institute is affiliated to Gujarat University and aims at upbringing the candidates with such thoughts and motives that enable them to allow dispersion of truth as well as justice in all over the state. The institute has been termed as a major boast in the Justice department within the state.

Infrastructure and Campus:

The Institute has an excellent campus that features loads of facilities that has been uniquely designed in order to up bring the ambiance where the knowledge of law can be effectively imparted to the candidates. The Campus spreads over a vast area and the Institute has a unique urban location within the fringes of the city.

Courses Offered:

The Institute in the present scenario is offering an Under Graduate level course in LLB (Bachelor of Law Program). The Course is of three years and has been approved by the honoree Bar Council of India.

Admission Procedure:

Since the course has been approved by the BCI, the Institute has been acclaimed to be a deemed one and therefore holds written entrance test on an annual basis. The candidates who have secured marks that is above the cut-off mark are then called for Personal Interview. However the final admission depends upon the overall marks as well as performance in all the stages of admission.

Placement:

Basically, the Institute holds no placement as in the sense of Management as well as Engineering Institute, but like Medical Schools, Law Schools allow the candidates to practice in the real scenario.
