Madhya Pradesh Board of Class 12 conducts examination on different subjects for candidates who study in several schools affiliated to the board within the premises of the state, and Economics is one such paper. The theory part of the paper primarily carries two different parts, called Part A and Part B.

What Can You Expect In Paper Pattern?

The paper is completely divided into two different parts. Every question in the first part is compulsory to attempt. There are a total of four main questions, and each has a maximum of ten sub-questions. There are questions which cover topics such as Fill in the Blanks, Match the Following, State True or False and Answer in one word. The second part observes a maximum of 12 main questions and 11 of them are basically offered in pairs. Candidates have to attempt any one, from each pair. However, the 12th main question is compulsory to attempt and is offered in single format.

How Is The Marks Distributed In The Paper?

The total mark of the paper is seventy-five marks. The first part has 20 marks and the second part has 55 marks.

Time Allotted For The Examination

The maximum time allotted by the board to complete the exam is exactly three hours. Time management is an essence in the exam.
