Job profile: Sales Managers – The role of the sales manager would be to build a team of Advisor to build customer database through various means like hunting, reference gathering etc. The sales manager would be required to monitor and help the advisor through the sales process, to report the daily sales, to track the performance of the individual advisors, report in a proper manner to the branch manager of how are the sales target are achieved.

Assistant Branch Manager – The role of the assistant branch manager would be to handle a team of about 10 to 12 sales managers, motivating them to achieve the set targets. The manager would also be required to report to the branch manager on daily basis.

Qualifications: Sales Managers – The candidate must be a Graduate (any stream). The candidate should be a localities and maximum age limit 40 years.

Assistant Branch Manager – The candidate must be a Post Graduate (marketing). The candidate should be a localities and maximum age limit 45 years.

Experience: Sales Managers – 2 to 7 Years of experience in motivation and handling of team members, marketing and knowledge of financial services.

Assistant Branch Manager – 6 to 11 Years of experience in sales and marketing of financial services, handling of team members and their recruitment process.
