Job profile: For Sr. Associate, Associate and Technical Support Officer: The candidate would be required to take inbound call from the companies client customer, maintaining the customer log, providing customers with solutions for their queries. For Accounts Officer: The candidate would have to handle all types of financial activities of the company like ensuring salaries to the employees, advancing repayment of loans, maintenance of bank accounts etc.
Qualifications and Experience: For Sr. Associate, Associate: The candidate must be a Graduate with minimum of 1 year of Experience in an International Call Center. For Technical Support Officer: The candidate must be a BCA, BSc Computer Science or a Graduate with Advanced Diploma in Computers with 0 to 6 months of experience. For Accounts Officer: The candidate must be B.com with at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in handling finances of the company.
Pay Scale:
Sr. Associate, Business Process – Rupees 2, 75,000 to 4, 00,000
Accounts Officer – Rupees 1, 50,000 to 2, 00,000
Associate, Business Process – Rupees 1, 75,000 to 2, 25,000
Technical Support Officer ISP – Rupees 1, 75,000 to 2, 75,000
