The company provides a broad range of services which include voice support, email, web chat and transactions. In India the company has 3 delivery centers two at Hyderabad and one at Chennai.

Job profile: The role of the Customer Service Officer would to receive domestic inbound calls for the company’s client’s customer and resolving their issues within limited time frames and maintaining the call logs. The candidate would be required to work in rotational shifts in a 24/7 environment.

Qualifications: The candidate must be a Graduate in any stream. The candidate must possess Excellent Communication Skills n command over grammatically correct spoken English, Hindi and Telugu.

Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience of customer handling experience, with Good Verbal communication in English, Hindi and Telugu are mandatory.
