I have completed my regular MBA in Finance & HR in 2010. Now i just want to know that which course is beneficial for me if i am doing job in Finance profile? Which course helps me in my future growth and that one i will complete with my job? Kindly help me by giving suggested answer.....

dear friend,
at this point of time, when you have completed your mba in finance and hr, what i would suggest you is, that you would need a job experience more than any other course. as mba is such a field that whenever you go for any job opportunities in future, they would ask for a job experience. so better go for a job.
well, if you are still adamant with a course, then you can take up research in mba. but i feel its very rare. just try it out. only very few renowned institutes offer such courses.

I have done my MBA in fianance, and thereafter working for 2 and half years. Now i want to settle abroad(Canada), and as per everybody studies is the best way to enter. Can you please suggest courses like a Diploma or any specilization course in Fiannce. my intention is to enter a 2 year program. Is it tough to get through PH.D if chosen, if PH.D then in which subject.

i suggest you to do cfa international it is really a good course and there is bright future for this course in the investment field and financial jobs there are plenty of opportunities for international cfa.
