Admission Process for M.Sc courses in IIITM-K
Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management Kerala (IIITM-K) offers M.Sc courses in streams of Information Technology, Geo-informatics, etc. Engineering graduates and Science graduates are generally considered for the admission process. Selection process is carried on the basis of written test and interview. Written test is carried out at all India level with centers in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Delhi, Chennai, Cochin and Trivandrum.

Eligibility Criteria for M.Sc courses in IIITM-K
For Master of Science in Information Technology
Eligible candidate must possess any of the following qualifications.
- Bachelor of Engineering
- Bachelor of Technology
- Master of Computer Application
Qualification must be obtained from a reputed institute with minimum 60% marks.
For Master of Science in Computational Science
Eligible candidate must possess any of the following degree qualifications.
- Bachelor of Science
- Bachelor of Engineering
- Bachelor of Technology
The qualification must be obtained with mathematics as a subject and with minimum 60% marks. Final year students or result awaiting candidates can also apply.
For Master of Science in Geo-informatics
Eligible candidate must possess any of the following degree qualifications.
- Bachelor of Science
- Bachelor of Engineering
- Bachelor of Technology
Such candidates should have completed the course with Physics and Chemistry as subjects and with minimum of 60% marks.
Admission Process for M.Sc courses in IIITM-K
Selection of eligible candidates is done on the basis of an entrance test and interview. IIITM-K carries out the test in objective type model. The test comprises a total of 90 questions. There will be three sections for the entrance test and they are:
- General Aptitude- 30 questions
- Basic Mathematics-20 questions
- General Sciences, Basic Engineering, Basic Computer Science - 40 questions
Composite time allotted for the completion of the test is one and half hours. Each question carries equal marks. There is no negative marking for the test.
Applications for attending the entrance test can be forwarded through the official portal of IIITM-K. Candidate must pay Rs.750/- as fee for attending the test. After submitting the application via online method, the print out of the application form must be sent to the address of IIITM-K. Printed application form must be sent along with an additional fee of Rs. 5000/- and a recent passport size photograph. Fee (in both cases) can be paid in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favor of the Director of IIITM-K.

sir,where we will get detailed syllubus for iiitmk all india admission test 2013?
when the online forms will be available for m.sc….and the date of exam…?? i’m a graduate in electronics and communication(BE)….
