Admission Procedure for Under Graduate Courses

Eligibility Criterion

Candidates who seek admission to under graduate courses in Gojan School of Business and Technology are required to secure a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate in Higher Secondary Examination from a recognized board of studies. Those who are belonging to backward classes require only 45% marks so as to be eligible. Candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribe/ Scheduled Caste require a mere pass in qualifying examination.

In addition to this, candidates who have completed Diploma in various branches are eligible to seek admission to second year of Bachelor of engineering courses. General category candidates are required to secure at least 50% marks in qualifying examination. Candidates belonging to most backward class require 40% marks in aggregate for being eligible. A mere pass in qualifying examination is required for reserved category candidates.

Selection Procedure

Admission to the course is carried out on the basis of Tamil Nadu Professional Courses Entrance Examination (TNPCEE). Eligible candidates will be short listed on the basis of marks obtained in this common entrance examination. Final selection is based on the composite scores obtained in qualifying exam, entrance exam and submission of relevant documents at the time of admission.

Admission Procedure for Post Graduate Courses

Candidates who have completed graduation in respective courses from a recognized university are eligible to apply for Post graduate courses. They should have secured a minimum of 50% marks in qualifying examination. Those who have completed graduation in Science subjects such as Physics, Chemistry are also eligible to apply for M.Tech programs. Admission is carried out on the basis of GATE scores and other entrance exams carried out by the University.
