B.E/B.Tech graduates in streams such as Mechanical, IT, CSE, Civil, Chemical, Environmental, and Geo informatics can participate in Caritor’s campus placement process. MCA and M.Sc graduates in streams like Computer Science, Information Technology and Electronics are also eligible. Applicants must have obtained a consistent score (minimum) of 60% marks from 12th till graduation/post graduation without any back log papers. Selection procedure comprise of written test, GD and interview. Aptitude based questions from subjects like Mathematics, English and Reasoning will be asked for the written exam.

It is also compulsory to obtain a consistent score of 60% marks right from 10th, 12th and qualifying degree to become eligible. Apart from this, candidates should not have any back log papers while taking part in the placement process.

Campus Selection Procedure in Caritor

The selection procedure in Caritor will mainly include the following sections –

  • Section 1 – Written Test
  • Section 2 – Group Discussion
  • Section 3 – Personal Interview (Both HR and Technical Interview)

As the first section of selection process, candidates need to attend a written test involving a total of 35 questions within a time limit of 1 hour. The written test consist of 3 papers –

Passing the aptitude test is essential for candidates to go in to enter the second stage of the selection process — Group Discussion (GD). Any current event can be object of discussion. The candidates are required to express their views on the same within a total time of 10 minutes. On clearing the GD round, candidates get chosen to attend – Personal Interview. This include technical questions from areas like C, OOPs concepts, JAVA (basic), C++, HTML and DBMS. Questions relating to the academic projects (done during the course) and its practical applications can also be expected. HR interview will include questions related to salary package expected, family and technical backgrounds, key skills and hobbies, knowledge about prospective company, and so on.
