Amrita University is conducting an entrance exam called as Amrita Centre for Nanosciences Entrance Test (ACNS Entrance Test) for admitting students in various Nanosciences courses.

The courses offered by are:

  • M.Tech Nanotechnology (Biomedical Stream or Technology Stream)
  • M.Tech in Molecular Medicine

Structure of ACNS Entrance Test

The questions will be from physics, chemistry, mathematics, medical sciences, electronic devices and engineering. There will be a written test consisting of questions from the above mentioned subjects. The candidates successfully completing the entrance exam will be asked to attend the interview.

Candidates applying for MTech in Molecular Medicine should have a master’s degree in life sciences or an engineering degree

MBBS / BDS / BPharm degree holders can also apply for both the streams of MTech course

All the candidates should have scored not less than 60 % marks in degree examination Otherwise they are not eligible

How to Apply?

From Amrita University counter by paying an amount of Rs 650 as DD candidate can buy the form The DD should be in favour of the Amrita Centre for Nanosciences & Molecular Medicine at Kochi. For availing application form through mail candidate should send a requisition letter to:

How to fill the Form?

Keep the form neat and clean Candidate should not change any details after filling the form. Do not scribble or write anything on the application form Candidate should not forget to attach all the documents / certificates with the application form. Make all the arrangements for filling the form before starting to fill.
