Through this examination, the candidates those who have completed Post graduate diploma can seek admission to the MCA course. Eligibility Criteria

In order to enroll for the MCA lateral entry examination, the candidate should hold a Post Graduate diploma in computer application, BCA, or Bachelor’s Degree in information Technology. The candidates those who have pursued a Post Graduate course in any branch of computer studies can also appear for the examination. Dual degree graduates are also eligible to apply for MCA lateral entry test that has been conducted by Annamalai University. From the total available seats for Master off Computer Applications, some of the seats are reserved for lateral entry candidates. If the competition is tight then the minimum cut off marks for applying to this particular will be increased to 60%.
