Annamalai University M.Sc. Botany, First Year: Microbiology, Plant pathology and Biological Techniques (Paper I) Papers
Annamalai University is one of the renowned universities of India. The University offers many courses through distance education, including both Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses. M.Sc. is one of the postgraduate courses, which the university offers through distance education. The course is of duration of two years. In the first year of the course there is a subject called Phycology, Mycology and Bryology. The exam is held in May and December every year. The pattern of the exam is given below.
The exam of Phycology, Mycology and Bryology is a three hour exam with 100 marks in total. There are three sections in the paper. In the first section, there are eight questions. All the questions are of equal marks, each carrying three marks. The word limit for this section is fifty words.
Section B has six questions each carrying 6 marks. All the questions are to be attempted. The word limit for this section is 300 words. Each question has an alternative question as choice.
Section C has 2 questions with internal choices. Each question is of 20 marks. The word limit for this section is 1200 words. Both the questions are compulsory.
