JOB PROFILE:

The employee undertaking this job will have to have regular updates on the despatches from Delhi, Bahadurgarh, Bhiwadi, Haridwar & Bangalore. He will have to keep an eye on arrival of goods and take care of inventory management. He will be dealing with the issues of transportation which includes dealing with the road permits & other commercial documents & also monitoring the performance of company owned vehicles. He will be taking care of the warehouse administration. That includes the areas of proper stacking; warehouse safety .He will be monitoring the expenditure and transportation bills. He should have a regular knowledge about the claims and returned goods from the clients. He will be given the responsibility to look after the stock clearance, monthly stock reports & weekly stock checking. He will be taking care of the documents, reports & process manuals. Daily & monthly reports on despatch, arrivals and closing stocks would be ready with him. He will be given the responsibility of cost analysis. For all the jobs mentioned above we need a swift and efficient person.

ELIGIBILITY:

The person should have good knowledge of road permits, FIFO, local transportation & other commercial documentation. He should also posses Team Management skills & Presentation skills.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT:

The person applying for this job should have knowledge of computers in the areas of MS- Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), SAP or ERP. A person, if holding a Graduate/PG Diploma in materials management will be given preference.
