Job profile: The candidate would be required to take customer calls, provide them with help satisfying their queries. The candidate would also be required to reply to customer mail queries on the companies banking products. The person would also be required to work in a 365/7 working environment.
Qualifications: The person must be a Graduate (Any Stream) with 50% n above marks, with knack in providing Quality Customer Service. He must possess excellent Communication skills as well as should speak grammatically correct English. Also the candidate must be willing to work in shifts.
NOTE: B.Tech / B.E. Graduate do not apply.
