Diploma holders in Chemical engineering or related subjects have the provision to get into lateral entry programmes for the same, offered by Kerala University. Through this scheme, students can get in to 2nd year of the engineering studies. They have to study only three years to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Polymer Engineering. Applying for Chemical Engineering through Lateral Entry in Kerala University

The application forms can be obtained from the various Distribution Centers specified in information brochure. Those candidates who are classified under General category can obtain the application form by paying an amount of Rs, 500/- . The rest of the applicants belonging to reserved category have to pay an amount of Rs.250/- as application fee. This fee can be submitted in the form of Demand Draft (DD). The DD has to be taken in favor of the Director, LBS Centre for Science and Technology from any of the Nationalized Bank in India.
