Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan’s Usha and Lakshmi Mittal Institute of Management (BULMIM) conducts an admission process for admission to its two year full time Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) programme. PGDM programme was started in the institute in the year 2007. PGDM Programme of BULMIM is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The Institute is located at kasturba Gandhi Marg in New Delhi and thus has a locational advantage.

Candidates are shortlisted for PGDM programmes of BULMIM on the basis of their CAT/MAT/XAT/ATMA scores.  Candidates have to also apply separately for admission in BULMIM. The candidates who are shortlisted on the basis of their scores in these exams have to appear in a further selection process consisting of a Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview after which the final selections are made.

Eligibility Criteria:

A candidate should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized institute with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in Graduation. Candidates who belong to reservation categories as well as are from defense background are offered a relaxation in the above eligibility criterion. Candidates in their final year of graduation can also apply. These respective candidates however have to fill up an important procedure. They have to produce a Certificate of Merit to the concerned authority.

Availability of Application forms:

The forms are available from the institute and can also be downloaded online through the website www.bulmim.ac.in. The application fee is Rs. 1100 which can be paid either in cash or through demand draft in favor of Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan payable at New Delhi. Candidates are advised to retain copies of important documents that they have produced during the admission process and produce them as and when required.

Selection process:

Candidates are shortlisted for PGDM programme of BULMIM on the basis of their CAT/MAT/XAT/ATMA scores. The shortlisted candidates are then called for further selection process consisting of a test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview.  Final selection is based on candidate’s performance in Entrance exam, Personal Interview, Group Discussion, Past Academic Record, Application form answers, work experience and Extra Curricular Activities. There are preferences given to those candidates who have a minimum of two years as job experience in the related field.
