Job profile: The candidate would have to handling inbound calls and resolve customer queries. Candidate would be required to work in rotational shifts in a 24/7 environment. The candidate would also be required to reply to customer mail queries on the company’s client products and services. The candidate would be required to meet the sales targets and provide services to the company’s customers.

Qualifications: The candidate must be a Graduate (BCA, B.Sc, BBA, BA, any other stream) with 50 % marks. He must possess excellent Communication skills as well as should speak grammatically correct English. The candidate must have sound analytical skills, must be result oriented and should take initiative to provide customer service. B.Tech / B.E. Graduate do not apply.

Experience: 0 to 2 Years of experience in an International Call center/BPO experience will be added advantage.

Pay Scale: Rupees 1, 75,000 - 2, 50,000
