Job profile: The candidate would be responsible for satisfying customers within limited time period, reduce customer dissatisfaction, increase output per calls received, report customer satisfaction levels and develop reports for the process improvement plans, prepare customer and vendor log.

The candidate must handle customer queries with patience. The candidate would also be required to work in night shifts. The candidate would be responsible for payment posting, charge posting, demographics and handling denials for the US healthcare.

Qualifications: The candidate must be a Graduate with a minimum of 50% marks. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills in English language. Also the candidate must be familiar with MS Office.

Experience: 2 to 5 Years of prior experience in US medical billing process.

Pay Scale: Rupees 2, 00, 000 to 2, 25, 000 with free cab services and a mediclaim policy for all selected candidates.
