Company profile: The Company was start in 1989 as a technology consultant and systems integrator but the company soon began offering systems integration and business integration solution and led the deployment of enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management and electronic services.

Job profile: The main role of the customer support executive would be to take incoming calls, generate and maintain customer logs. He would also be required to be a team player to achieve the set target of customer satisfaction levels of the company. The person must have a proper understanding of the customer requirement guiding them in the best possible way and maintaining healthy relationships with the clients while understanding their problem and providing them with best solutions.

Qualifications: The candidate must be a Graduate in any field. He should have a good command over spoken as well as written English.

Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in the required field.

Date of Interview: 5th to 8th October between 10AM to 4 PM
