Application Procedure for Utkal University (Bhubaneshwar) PhD Admission Test

First of all, candidates must log in to the official website www.utkaluniversity.ac.in of Utkal University and download the application form for PhD course. It is also compulsory for candidates to take a bank draft of Rs 1000/- as application fees. The DD amount should be payable at SBI at Vani Vihar branch. DD amount should be taken on behalf of Comptroller of Finance, Utkal University. Candidates must fill in all specific details accurately in PhD admission form.
