Exam Pattern and Syllabus for NIT-NIMCET
Admission to MCA course in certain NIT’s is done on the basis of a common entrance exam called NIMCET. This objective model exam comprises questions from topics like Analytical Ability, General English, and Mathematics. Apart from this, the test also covers questions on computer basics, and analytical and logical reasoning.
Exam Pattern for NIT-NIMCET
There will be 120 objective model questions for this written test. Candidates are requested to complete the test within two hours. Maximum marks for the examination is 480. Each question answered correctly carries 4 marks. There is reduction of one mark for every wrong answer. Main topics covered under the test are mentioned below.
