The admission procedure for Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) course at Al-Ameen School of Nursing typically involves the following steps:

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as compulsory subjects from a recognized board or institution. They should have also secured a minimum aggregate of 40% marks in these subjects. Candidates should also be medically fit and should meet the minimum age requirement of 17 years at the time of admission.

Application Process: Candidates can apply for the course by filling out the application form online or offline. The application form can be obtained from the college website or the college campus.

Entrance Exam: Candidates may be required to appear for an entrance exam conducted by the college or a state-level entrance exam such as Karnataka Diploma Common Entrance Test (KDCET). The entrance exam tests the candidate's knowledge in biology, physics, and chemistry.

Counseling and Seat Allotment: Candidates who qualify in the entrance exam are called for counseling, where they are allotted seats based on their merit and preferences. They are required to submit the required documents and pay the admission fee to confirm their admission.

The required documents for admission include:-
mark sheets of 10+2 or equivalent examinations
transfer certificate
migration certificate
character certificate
medical fitness certificate
a recent passport-sized photograph.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
