No, you are not eligible to study Company Secretary Course through Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). The eligibility to study the Foundation Programme is a pass in 10+2 or equivalent students of Arts, Science or Commerce Stream (Excluding Fine Arts). So you have to study 10+2 to pursue the Company Secretary course. The duration of the Foundation Programme is 8 months. The aspirant can check the details in website link
https://www.icsi.edu/WebModules/Abou.../CS_Course.htm
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
