Sir/Mam, I am completed my plus two. So I am interested both diploma in mechanical engineering and diploma in automobile engineering. Which is the best and good salary? Can someone please guide me with the details on the same? Thank you!

After completion of your 12th standard, if you are interested to pursue both Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and Diploma in Automobile Engineering course then, you need to choose any one course as both the courses are almost same. Each and every Diploma course has its own significance and career opportunities, so, I suggest you to choose the course which you are most interested for pursuing your higher studies.

Comparing between automobile engineering and mechanical engineering is just a waste of time and nothing else. Because, both the streams are good and have their own value. So, it will be very difficult to say that which is the best course.

But, if you are confused then you can simply sit and think that in which stream you are interested the most. Just be sure that which stream you can understand well and can study better. Then go for that stream only according to your interest. Both the fields have good career prospects and offers better salary packages, so there is nothing to worry about.

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is best compared to the diploma in automobile engineering. After completion of a diploma in mechanical engineering, you can pursue your career in manufacturing industries, tool industries, automobile industries, auto spares manufacturing, production industry, PSUs etc. Automobile diploma is restricted to automobile industry only. Scope for the mechanical diploma holders are high compared to the automobile diploma holders. Therefore, it is better to study Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Both of these courses have their own value and you will get lot of job opportunities after completing these diploma courses.

Personally I would like to tell you that you must choose that diploma course in which you are interested because it will definitely help you out in your future to Grab the best of best opportunities.

It would not be fair to underestimate any of the above course because both of these are highly demanded and have lot of job opportunities in both of the courses.

Both diploma in Mechanical Engineering and diploma in Automobile Engineering branches are the top most branches in diploma course.

You can pursue diploma in any branch in which you are interested.

To be eligible to pursue diploma course, you must have completed 10th standard from any recognised board and to get admission in diploma courses you need to appear in Diploma Entrance Examination which is conducted by your respective state entrance examination, based upon your examination rank, you will be allotted seat in a particular college and you can get admission in 1st year or three year diploma courses.

Best course between Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and Diploma in Automobile Engineering:

As you are done with 12th Class, I suggest you to pursue direct Engineering (B.E/ B.Tech) after completion of 12th Class without wasting years. Again doing Diploma course after successful completion of 12th Class is of wasting time.

As far as the comparison between the two streams are concerned, between Mechanical Engineering and Automobile Engineering I would strongly suggest you to go with Mechanical Engineering rather than Automobile Engineering course.
