I am completed my diploma in mechanical engineering what is the best field and which one I choose.

You completsd diploma in mechanical engineering then you must do your career in same field.

I suggest you to join B.Tech in mechanical engineering by lateral entry.

Or you can get job in government or in private sector.
For government jobs you can apply in railway, MCGM, defence. You can also apply in top multinational companies like L&T, SIEMENS, KIRLOSKAR, BHEL erc.

As per my knowledge after completion of your bachelor degree courses in mechanical engineering you should definitely go for a masters degree course in Mechanical Engineering with specialisation in thermal, control and dynamics, production engineering etc. Depending on your interest.
You can also opt for automobile engineering or space engineering.

After completion of your three years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering course, you can pursue your higher studies in Engineering/Technology field. You can pursue your higher studies in Bachelor's degree courses like B.E/B.Tech course after completion of your Diploma course. To get admission in B.E/B.Tech course, you must have to appear in Lateral Entry examinations like JELET, ECET, LEET, etc., which is conducted by your respective state entrance examinations board. By qualifying the entrance examination, based upon our examination rank, you will be allotted a seat in a particular college and you can get admission in second year of four years B.E/B.Tech course. If you are not interested to pursue your higher studies then, you can find many job opportunities in both private and public sector companies.
