No, you cannot get admission in IIT for pursuing B.Tech course after completion of your three years Diploma course. To be eligible to get admission in IIT, you must have completed 12th standard or equivalent with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry subjects from a recognised board and you need to appear and qualify in JEE Main and Advance examinations. Since, you have not pursued 12th standard, being a Diploma holder, you ae not eligible to get admission in IIT for pursuing B.Tech course.
