Can I get admission in 2nd year of B.Tech(Aerospace Engineering) in IIT/ISRO after completing Diploma in ECE?

I am doing Diploma in ECE. After completing my Diploma.
Can I get admission in B.Tech in Aerospace Engineering
in second year in IIT or ISRO?

No, you cannot get admission in IIT/ISRO for pursuing B.Tech course after completion of your three years Diploma course. To get admission in IIT, the candidate must have completed 12th standard or equivalent with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry subjects from a recognised board and you must have to appear and qualify in JEE Main and Advance examinations. Being a Diploma holder, you are not eligible to appear in JEE Main and Advance examinations and you are not eligible to get admission in IIT for pursuing B.Tech course.
