No, you are not eligible to study Diploma in Marine Engineering course on basis of your 10th standard. Candidates who are interested to study Diploma in Marine Engineering must possess Diploma in Mechanical / Marine / Naval Architecture / Electrical / Electrical and Electronics Engineering with minimum aggregate of 50% in English at 10th or 12th standard or at degree level. So, being a 10th passed candidate, you are not eligible to study Diploma in Marine Engineering course.

Yes.
After matriculation you are eligible for diploma.

Just appear for polytechnic entrance exam & crack it.
If you score good marks then you can choose diploma in marine engineering in best college.

So prepar well.
