I have DCA but in IBPS application form DCO is required. I have mentioned DCO, when I was filling application form. Is DCA is equivalent to DCO. I am eligible or not? Sir, please advise me.

The Diploma in Computer Applications is called as DCA and Diploma in Computer Operations is called as DCO. The DCA course is the one which is available in many institutions in India. The DCO is not available in many institutions in India. For an IBPS bank clerk jobs they need candidates should have computer knowledge. Candidates must have studied Computer Science/IT as a subject in high school or college. If not then they need to possess at least certificate or diploma course in computer operations from a training institute. The course should contain computer basics, DOS, MS Office, Internet & E-mail operations for a Clerk job through IBPS.

Hello,
You can mention your course name or can simply say basic computer knowledge.

In the IBPS clerk section they asked the computer knowledge. They just required basic knowledge of the computer.

As per the official notification candidates must have basic knowledge of the computer that means candidates should have read computer as a subject in higher secondary or in graduation. Or candidates should have any certificate related to the computer.
