I completed diploma in e&tc in amrutvahini college plz tell me how joined navy after diploma?

It will be better if you pursue B.E/B.Tech in Electronics and Telecommunication. This is because you will get better career opportunities and better designation jobs. However, you can join even now in Indian Navy. You are eligible to apply in the below mentioned jobs in Indian Navy.
