Hi,
Whether there is any other process to join Indian Navy for Commerce students? I am studying 12th with Commerce stream and came to know that only Science students can join Indian Navy. I have a desire join Indian Navy. Kindly help me.

Sorry that Commerce stream students are not eligible to apply for Indian Navy. However, you can apply for Indian Army/Officer Training Academy after completing Graduation.

You are right ,only students who have completed his/her 12th in science stream only can eligible to join Indian navy .

But candidate wish to join armed forces can definitely have lucrative opportunities available to serve nation in indian army.

On the other hand, entry of candidates starts right for 10th in India army, he can work as firemen,fire engine driver,fire fitter,etc. In air force candidate can work as airmen.

10+2 Commerce students may join the NDA only for Indian Army selection. Commerce students can't appear for NDA entrance exam and get into IAF or Indian Navy after they finish 12th grade schooling. They can't become a Commissioned Officer in IAF or Indian Navy right after 12th.

Can commerce stream students join indian navy?

I am very disappointment to hear that only science students can join ......in Indian Navy
