Is it possible for me to join CA course after completion of diploma in Chemical engineering?


I have completed my Diploma in Chemical Engineering after my 10th so, i can go for C.A. Is it possible or not? Can someone please let me know the answer on this? What would be the best thing to do if am not eligible for applying CA? Kindly advice.

Sorry that you are not eligible for the ICAI course after completing a Diploma. You need to complete Intermediate or equivalent qualification to be eligible for CA Foundation or Common Proficiency Test (CPT) exam. Since, you have completed a Diploma course, I suggest you to complete B.Tech/B.E course. Once, after successful completion of B.Tech/B.E course you can directly enroll of ICAI Intermediate course instead of CA Foundation or CPT exam. And the Important thing is that you need to score at least 60% of marks in B.Tech/ B.Tech to be eligible for the ICAI Intermediate course.
