I secure 80% marks in my 1st seminar in computer science from BIT diploma college (govt sponsored), Jajigram, Burdawn . I want to transfer another govt.sponsored diploma college in 2nd year in near my home town kolkata jurisdiction due to My college to far in my home town.

No, it is not possible to change from one college to another college for pursuing Diploma course. You need to pursue complete three years Diploma course from the same college where you have secured admission in Diploma course to get Diploma certificate. If you are not interested to pursue your Diploma course in the present college then, you can discontinue from the course and you can take fresh admission in first year of three years Diploma course in another college where you wish to pursue your Diploma course.
