Should I join Rural Development Diploma course to get job in a reputed NGO?
I want to get a job in any reputed NGO. I am a Psychology graduate. Now for getting into NGO, I think I should do Diploma course in Rural Development. Please tell me that should I join this course or not?

For a job in NGO you can straight away apply without any rural development diploma. If they consider that you can do the work, then they will hire you.
Qualification is not a concern for NGO jobs because it doesn't pay much. Most of the people do job in NGO on part time basis. Salary is not so good. So, if you are looking for good salary then NGO is not a good option. |
