What are the benefits of studying B.A. in Rural Development?
I am now going to complete my schooling and I am interested in doing B.A. in Rural Development. So, I want to know what are the benefits I will get after doing B.A. in Rural Development?

B.A. in Rural Development is a 3 years long undergraduate rural development and management course. It deals with agricultural activities like production of food stuffs and raw materials. Rural Development course helps in improving the standard of living of the people. After completing this course you can get many job scopes in future.
After this course you can also move into tahe field of teaching. You can find employment for the post of: > Area Executive. > Marketing Sales Manager. > Sugar Analyst. > Agronomist. > Territory In-charge. > Research Head. There is a lot of career scope in this field, so don't worry just go ahead with it and prepare with full dedication. |

I have just passed my 12th standard in Science Stream but I am intersted in BA Rural Development I just want to know that is there any further scope in this field or not? And after completing BA in Rural Development can I get Job opportunities in govt. Sector?? And can you please provide me the list of reputed colleges who offer BA Rural Development in Maharashtra.

You can give MPSC or UPSC examination so that you will get proper position in civil services .
After joining civil services u can help for the development of rural areas . |

Dear there are different advantages of every single stream/ subject you choose at first for your graduation whether it is management or application or engineering anything but the only thing matters is complete and accurate knowledge of that particular subject because if you have good command at your specialisation subject then you can achieve some big things in your stream and be successful.
If you want to pursue BA in Rural Development then you need to know that Rural Development has a big scope in India because of highest percentage of Rural Population in the world. If you complete BA in Rural Development then you can have some govt. jobs like - Secretary - Every single village has Panchayats in India and every Panchayat has a secretary who is appointed to manage various govt. activities in Rural or Panchayat Area. Employment Secretary - A candidate who is good in Rural Development can be Employment Secretary in Rural Indian areas to manage various Rural Development schemes of govt. of India like - MANREGA, PM Awas Scheme etc. Project Coordinator Jobs - A candidate who have degree in Rural Development can become project coordinator for tenders and contracts of state or central govt. of India for big projects like Road Development in Rural India, Infrastructure and other relevant areas development. Manager in Rural Area Development - A candidate holding degree and good knowledge of relevant subject is appointed by various state govt. for management of projects launched by state govt. So finally you should know that you can get different jobs but if you do not want jobs in that area then you can start your own business in Rural India and also start your NGO for rural development and start working for rural and social development.
