Can I apply for Education Loan against my Brother-in-Law IT File?


Sir, I want to do MMS course by taking education loan. My problem is that my father passed away and I have no Income Tax File. So, is this possible that I can give my Brother-In-Laws his IT File as a guarantor?

Yes for guarantor you can give your Brother-in law IT File. There will be no any problem. In loan process it is compulsory to have a guarantor.

You can get loan from some of the banks and these are as follows:-
State Bank of India
BOI
Central Bank of India
United Bank of India
Indian Bank
Axis Bank
Dena Bank
HDFC
HSBC
IDBI
PNB
